FOUNDER & MENTOR

HIS STORY

Ramon Barber is from Riviera Beach, FL. Him and his younger brother were raised by their mother who instilled strong morals and taught them the value of hard work. Ramon found sports as a child and that propelled him into his future. Ramon would tell you sports saved his life! Ramon graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High School and earned a full four-year athletic scholarship to play football at  Illinois State University. Ramon was fortunate enough to reach the professional level spending time in the CFL (Canadian Football League) and AFL (Arena Football League). Ramon begin working with youth and teens at the Boys and Girls Clubs and his journey to impacting lives began. Ramon then continued to expand his experience when he begin working as an BHT (Behavioral Health Tech) at a Teen treatment center and a few years later he began working with adults in treatment. Other job experience includes, juvenile detention center, and The Sickle Cell Foundation. Ramon Founded Motivated King Inc. in 2018. Ramon knew he wanted to find a way to make a major impact in communities and through his years of diverse experience, Ramon developed a curriculum called Kings Mold Kings to positively impact at-risk youth, teens, and young adults as well as teens and adults with autism.

HIS MISSION

To spark positive change in at-risk youth, teens, young adults, as well as teens, and adults with autism by providing educational resources in areas of leadership development, mental well-being, financial management, and social integration.

HIS VISION

To expand Motivated King Inc. to make an impact in people's lives all over the world one mentee at a time, one family at a time, and one community at a time. Ramon has expressed his desire to build Motivated King Inc. Community Centers all over the world where people can come learn, grow, bond, and build together.

HIS CAUSE

Is to bring inclusiveness and equality to every community in order to strengthen our communities. Ramon's motto is "Together we are better".
